Frozen Lucy Apple Almond Swirl Yogurt Bombs
These Frozen Lucy™ Apple Almond Swirl Yogurt Bombs are a refreshing, protein-packed treat with a pop of naturally red color. Sweet-tart Lucy™ apples, creamy yogurt, and crunchy almonds come together in a delicious bite-sized snack that’s perfect for meal prep, after-school treats, or a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 Lucy™ Rose Apple, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cashew butter

Directions
- In a bowl, stir together yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder and collagen. Fold in apples and almonds.
- On a small cutting board or plate covered in parchment paper, scoop mixture in 2-tablespoons sized “bombs”.
- Stir together cashew butter and 1/2 scoop protein powder. Swirl over each yogurt bomb. Top with more toasted almonds, small chopped Lucy apples. Freeze for at least one hour. Enjoy!

- Store in the freezer in a freezer-safe container and enjoy within a week!
