Prosciutto Wrapped Lucy™ Apples and Dates

Instructions

  1. Oven to 400. Slice dates in half, and put 1-2 teaspoons of Boursin cheese into each. Place them on a baking sheet a couple of inches apart. Bake for 4-5 minutes just until they are melty and gooey.
  2. After they get out of the oven, top each with a slice of your beautiful Lucy Rose apple. Then, wrap a little slice of prosciutto around each.  Don’t overdo it- let those apples shine through.
  3. Drizzle honey over each and then sprinkle chopped pistachios over all of them. Just before serving, feel free to drizzle with a little more honey, and top with a few more pistachios to make sure they stick. ENJOY!
